1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Pusu Cip (Ciprian Cosmin Muresan), a sole trader in Turda, Cluj, Romania. "I" and "me" below mean that business. By using this site or engaging my services you accept these terms.

2. What the site is

This site is a presentation of services and past work. Nothing on it is a binding offer: descriptions, examples and portfolio entries are indicative, and any work begins only under a written quotation or agreement that both sides accept.

3. Services and quotations

Each project is quoted individually, in writing, with its scope and price.
Work outside an agreed scope is a separate quotation.
Unless the quotation says otherwise, payment terms, milestones and delivery dates are agreed per project.
Prices are stated in the currency of the quotation. Where a currency is displayed on a third-party checkout, the amount charged is the one shown there.

4. Third-party services and products

Some work uses or links to third-party platforms (for example n8n, Cloudflare, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Lemon Squeezy, or AI model providers). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and I am not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or decisions.

NodeQuest (nodequest.io) is a product built and operated by the same business. Purchases there are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and are subject to the NodeQuest terms of use.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site are mine. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution; you may not resell it or present it as your own.

Deliverables produced for a client — websites, workflows, videos, automations — belong to the client once the agreed price is paid in full, unless the project agreement says otherwise. Tools, templates and internal components that I reuse across projects remain mine; the client gets a licence to use them as delivered.

Third-party names such as n8n, Cloudflare, Google, WhatsApp and Lemon Squeezy are trademarks of their owners. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. AI-assisted work

I build with AI systems and do not hide it. Outputs are reviewed and adapted by me before delivery, but AI-generated material can contain errors. Anything intended to be relied on — legally, financially, medically, or in production systems — should be independently verified. I review before shipping; I do not warrant that output is error-free.

7. Availability

This site is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. It may change or go offline at any time without notice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from the use of this site or from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Romanian consumer-protection law where it applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Cluj, Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
