This site is operated by Pusu Cip (Ciprian Cosmin Muresan), a sole trader based in Turda, Cluj, Romania. This page explains what personal data is processed when you visit or contact me, and what rights you have. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Nothing that identifies you. The site does not use advertising trackers, does not build a profile, and sets no cookies of its own — a request to this site returns no Set-Cookie header.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded to count visits. It is cookieless and reports aggregate figures (page views, referrer, country, device class). It does not follow you across sites.
Cloudflare also serves this site and processes every request as a CDN and security provider, which necessarily involves your IP address. Their handling is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Google Fonts is used for typography, so your browser requests font files from Google servers and your IP address is visible to Google in that request.
If you write to me — by email or WhatsApp — I receive whatever you choose to send: your name, contact details, and the content of your message. That is the only personal data I hold about you, and it exists because you sent it.
The legal bases under the GDPR are your consent (when you contact me), the performance of a contract (when we work together), and legal obligation (for invoices).
I do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and I do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the period Romanian law requires (currently 10 years for accounting documents).
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and I will answer within 30 days. If you believe your data has been mishandled you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
The site is served over HTTPS. Some of the providers above are outside the European Economic Area; where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on the site.
